Quick fixes for a missing dial pad and numbers that don’t appear in the Teams admin center.
I can’t see the dial pad in Microsoft Teams
Sign out of Teams, then sign back in. This usually brings the dial pad back.
My number still isn’t showing in the Teams admin center after an hour
Occasionally Microsoft takes several hours to update settings, or the update fails. This can happen when Microsoft’s system thinks a number is associated incorrectly. If it happens, email support@mobex.biz and we’ll sort it out.
