Your Microsoft Teams porting PIN lets us activate your numbers through Direct Routing or Operator Connect. It’s a 10-digit number you’ll find in your Teams admin center.

Find your PIN

Go to the Microsoft Teams admin center.
Select Voice, then Phone numbers.
Open the Actions menu and click Manage porting PIN.

Send the PIN to the Mobex team when we ask for it during onboarding.
