Can the system connect to different types of phones?
Yes. The system can reach tenants on landlines, mobile phones or dedicated intercom units.
How are calls between the door and each unit kept secure?
Communication is protected with encryption and authentication to prevent unauthorized access or tampering.
What happens if the internet connection drops?
The system may still work locally for basic entry, such as key fobs or physical keys. Features that depend on the internet, like remote access or notifications, may be unavailable until the connection is restored.
